Counter Sales Executive

Require Sales staff for our QSR Outlet 'That Donut Shop'. Duty Hours - 10 hrs Experience - Previous cafe/restaurant experience of 2 years minimum Job Description - The Counter Sales Staff will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while managing front-end operations of the bakery. This role involves interacting with customers, promoting and upselling products, and efficiently handling orders. The candidate will also assist in preparing beverages and finishing/serving products as per company standards, maintaining inventory, cleaning and general upkeep of the store etc. Key Expectations Good communication and customer-handling skills Positive attitude and high energy Basic understanding of sales and upselling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Punctual, presentable, and disciplined
