JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Success Executive – School Relations will be stationed at an assigned partner school and will serve as the primary point of contact between Inventre, the school, and parents.
The role involves managing school-level operations, maintaining strong relationships with school stakeholders, handling parent queries and grievances, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of Inventre's products and services.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, resourceful, resilient, and execution-oriented, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day activities in a dynamic school environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. School Relationship Management
Represent Inventre professionally at the assigned school campus on a day-to-day basis.
Act as the primary point of contact between Inventre, school management, teachers, administrators, and parents.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Principals, school administrators, teachers, and other key stakeholders.
Understand school requirements and coordinate timely support and execution.
Ensure effective communication between the school and Inventre.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and service while representing Inventre.
Customer Success & Parent Experience
Serve as the first point of contact for parents regarding uniforms, books, deliveries, orders, and other service-related queries.
Handle parent complaints and school grievances professionally and empathetically.
Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Keep parents and school stakeholders informed about the status of pending issues.
Proactively identify potential concerns and resolve them before they escalate.
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the service journey.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure commitments made to the school and parents are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
Track pending orders, deliveries, replacements, and other service requirements.
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders when required.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up until issues are completely resolved.
School Operations & Service Delivery
Support the smooth execution of uniform, book, and other essential-item distribution activities at the assigned school.
Coordinate inventory requirements based on school needs and student requirements.
Provide operational support during admissions, academic sessions, distribution events, and other school activities.
Monitor service delivery and identify recurring operational issues.
Ensure timely coordination of replacements, shortages, damages, and other customer requirements.
Maintain proper records and reports related to school operations and customer concerns.
Service Quality & Process Improvement
Monitor customer and school satisfaction levels.
Identify recurring service issues and recommend practical solutions.
Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with Inventre processes.
Track and report unresolved issues, escalations, and operational challenges.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, queries, orders, replacements, and resolutions.
Prepare and submit regular operational and customer service reports.
Update relevant ERP/CRM systems and internal tracking tools.
Maintain proper documentation of school-level activities and pending actions.
Ensure timely reporting of critical issues and escalations to management.
