About the Role

KocharTech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in BPO bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Customer Support roles.

Handle bulk hiring requirements for voice and non-voice processes.

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic HR screenings and assess communication skills.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.

Ensure timely offer rollout and candidate joining.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

Achieve hiring targets within defined TAT and quality parameters.

Required Skills

Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience.

Prior experience in BPO/Contact Center hiring is mandatory.

Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes.

Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in volume hiring for Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, or Back Office roles will be preferred.
