WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Position: Logistics Customer Support Executive (International Blended Process)
Experience: 1 - 4 years (International Semi Voice Process)
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 days' work - Rotational week off)

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to logistics, shipments.

Coordinate with internal teams for delivery-related issues.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Provide support through Voice / Semi-Voice / Email / Chat, as required.

Skills Required

Good English communication skills.

Customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Logistics.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
