Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner – Manager to partner with the leadership team and manage HR delivery for our Hyderabad-based RCM operations working in US night shifts.

This role will serve as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership and will be responsible for driving employee engagement, retention, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, HR governance, and people initiatives across the RCM business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO/Healthcare/US Healthcare RCM, preferably supporting large-scale operations with significant night-shift employee populations.2

Key Responsibilities

Partner with RCM business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Own HR delivery for assigned RCM operations and act as a trusted HR advisor to Operations leadership.

Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.

Develop and execute strategies to improve employee retention and reduce attrition.

Analyze attrition, absenteeism, engagement, productivity, and other people metrics and provide actionable insights.

Conduct regular business reviews with Operations leadership and present HR dashboards and trends.

Drive employee engagement and connect initiatives specifically designed for night-shift employees.

Partner with Operations on performance management, PIP, talent development, promotions, and succession planning.

Identify high-potential employees and support career development and internal mobility.

Drive organizational development and change-management initiatives within the RCM business.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and manpower requirements.

Partner with L&D to identify capability-building and leadership development requirements.

Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.

Lead employee communication initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.

Handle escalated employee relations cases and provide appropriate guidance to managers.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and applicable employment laws.

Collaborate with Payroll, Admin, Compliance, TA, L&D, and other support functions.

Lead and mentor HR team members supporting the RCM business.

Prepare and present periodic HR MIS, dashboards, and business insights to senior leadership.

Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience

10–14 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HRBP / Employee Relations / HR Operations.

Mandatory experience in BPO / Healthcare / US Healthcare / RCM operations.

Experience supporting large-scale operations and night-shift employees.

Strong experience in employee relations, attrition management, engagement, performance management, and talent management.

Proven ability to partner with Operations Directors, VPs, and senior business leaders.

Strong analytical and data-driven approach to HR.

Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle management.

Ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations matters independently.

Strong Excel and HR MIS/reporting skills.

Preferred

Experience supporting 1,000+ employees in a BPO/Healthcare/RCM environment.

Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM functions such as AR, Coding, Denials, Payment Posting, Prior Authorization, etc.

Proven track record of managing attrition and retention challenges in night-shift operations.

Experience managing or mentoring a team of HR professionals.

Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad are preferred.
