About this job
Giving and managing the patient appointments for OPD visits and admissions
- Entry and creation of patient record in the clinical information system
- Guiding the patient for the required lab tests(inhouse or outside to the recognised and approved labs)
- Maintaining the data base of the patients visiting the OPD and inpatients admitted into the hospital.
5 Answering the calls and queries on the phone
- Making the Discharge Summaries.
- Compiling the data for the weekly and monthly audit reports
- Ensuring that all the documentation is complete by the end of the day
- Accompanying for the outreach screening camps as and when needed
