Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Immigration Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients regarding immigration, study abroad, work permits, PR, and visa-related services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a strong passion for achieving targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel clients regarding immigration processes, study visas, work permits, PR, and other visa services.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable immigration pathways.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and client conversions.

Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

Provide accurate information about documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.

Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.

Coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.

Build strong relationships with clients through professional guidance and support.

Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in immigration, education counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Excellent English and local language communication skills.

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
