About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can plan and run social media strategy for multiple client brands, not just post content. Build and execute monthly content strategies and calendars for multiple client accounts.
Plan campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Track trends, viral formats and platform updates, and turn them into content ideas.
2-Content creation
Direct, shoot, edit and publish Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
Create or oversee posts, banners and creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and copy.
3-Client management
Be the point of contact for clients on content plans, approvals, feedback and campaign updates.
Present monthly performance reports and recommendations to clients.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all accounts.
4-Performance and growth
Track metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and conversions.
Analyze what works and improve the content strategy based on data.
Support paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting and budget tracking.
Apply basic SEO and social media marketing practices to improve visibility.
5-Team collaboration
Work closely with the design, marketing and content teams to deliver campaigns on time.
Guide and review the work of junior executives and interns.
Required Skills-

Strong communication, client coordination and presentation skills.
Proven experience in Reels shooting, editing and posting.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar).
Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Filmora or similar).
Good understanding of content planning, audience engagement and social media analytics.
Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar).
