Job Summary
We are looking for a Fleet Assistant/Executive to support daily fleet and transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and transporters for vehicle placement and movement.
- Monitor vehicle tracking, trips, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Maintain vehicle, driver, trip, fuel, and fleet-related records.
- Track vehicle documents such as insurance, PUC, permits, and fitness.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, breakdowns, and maintenance.
- Prepare daily fleet reports/MIS and support the operations team.
Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, and experience in fleet/transport/logistics operations preferred.

- ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
