Telecaller Head

Position Overview

The Telecaller Head will be responsible for leading and managing the telecalling team to drive customer engagement, lead generation, dealer/distributor communication, and business conversions. The role requires strong leadership, team management, performance monitoring, and process improvement skills to ensure achievement of business targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop telecalling strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Monitor team performance through regular reviews, call audits, and KPI tracking.
• Train, mentor, and coach telecallers on communication skills, objection handling, and sales techniques.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
• Prepare and analyze telecalling reports, conversion reports, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for lead allocation and follow-up.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate data entry in CRM/ERP systems.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
• Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and customer experience.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
