Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers, students, parents or institutional leads through calls and digital channels.
• Understand requirements, explain services and counsel prospects appropriately.
• Follow up with leads and support conversion, admission or sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with sales, admissions and operations teams for closures.

Requirements

• Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Odia will be preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales or admissions is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled CRM, lead-management, sales-assistance, communication or call-analysis tools will be preferred.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
