About this job

Identify and approach potential customers for insurance products. Understand customers' financial protection and insurance requirements. Explain suitable life insurance plans, benefits, premiums, and policy terms. Generate leads through personal references, digital channels, and local networking. Conduct customer meetings and follow up with prospective customers. Assist customers with the proposal and policy application process. Maintain relationships with existing customers and support them with policy-related queries. Achieve assigned business/sales targets. Coordinate with the insurance company's sales and operations teams. Follow IRDAI and company guidelines while selling insurance products.

Pay for performance.

Pay: ₹19,086.00 - ₹70,959.53 per month
