Job Responsibilities

• Identify and locate suitable land for company requirements.
• Coordinate with landowners, local representatives, and government authorities.
• Negotiate land prices and other terms with landowners.
• Conduct basic verification of land ownership and documents.
• Coordinate for land surveys, site visits, and documentation.
• Maintain records of land details, agreements, and related documents.
• Assist in resolving land-related issues and disputes.
• Build and maintain good relationships with landowners and local communities.
• Prepare regular reports on land procurement activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local land and property matters.
• Basic understanding of land documents and government procedures.
• Good knowledge of the Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
• Ability to travel to different locations for site visits.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in land procurement, real estate, property dealing, field coordination, or liaison work will be preferred.
