Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day store operations
• Supervise and guide store staff
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor sales, stock, inventory and product displays
• Ensure proper billing and cash handling
• Maintain store cleanliness, discipline and presentation
• Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with suppliers
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Prepare basic sales and inventory reports
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in retail/store operations preferred
• Experience in toy, kids’ products or similar retail will be an advantage
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Leadership and team-management ability
• Smart, presentable and target-oriented
• Should be willing to take ownership of store operations
