Inhouse Sales Representative ( Retail)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates with experience in textile sales, customer service, and showroom operations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, quality, prices, designs, and available options.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
• Handle billing, sales transactions, and customer orders.
• Maintain product and stock records.
• Coordinate with the store and warehouse team for product availability.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• candidate with a pleasant and customer-friendly personality.
• Previous experience in textile, retail, showroom, or sales is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Presentable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales targets.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
