Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Contact inbound leads from marketing campaigns and perform targeted outbound calls to prospective students or parents.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the learner's career goals or academic needs and pitch suitable education programs or courses.
• Product Demos \& Webinars: Conduct virtual presentations, walk-throughs of the learning management system (LMS), and course curriculum briefings.
• Objection Handling: Address concerns regarding course fees, accreditation, career outcomes, and schedules.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain daily logs of calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue quotas.

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
