Position Overview

As a digital marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Groveus Informatics' online brand presence and engagement through various social media platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.

• Community Management: Monitor and engage with the company's social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with company events, product launches, and promotional activities.

• Analytics and Reporting: Track key social media metrics and performance data, providing regular reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all social media platforms.

• Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for mentions of the company, competitors, and industry trends, identifying opportunities for engagement and sentiment analysis.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a marketing, communications, or related degree program or recently graduated from a relevant course.

• Strong interest in social media marketing, digital communications, and the latest trends in social media platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and brand voice.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

• Creativity and a flair for developing engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team player.

Duration and Compensation

This is a 3 month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs.
