Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash entries and verify cash balances.
• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Check bank statements and record NEFT/RTGS transactions.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, delivery challans, and payment/receipt vouchers.
• Maintain fabrication site/customer records and related documentation.
• Review vendor invoices and process payments.
• Follow up with clients for overdue payments and maintain aging reports.
• Reconcile SSE \& RR debtors/creditors and vendor ledgers.
• Prepare debtor lists and follow up on pending receivables.
• Review and pass necessary journal, rebate, discount, and adjustment entries.
• Coordinate with local parties and vendors for account-related matters.
• Maintain and finalize fabrication party ledgers and final slips.
• Compile data for GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation, and coordinate with CA.
• Handle salary processing, deductions, and monthly TDS compliance.
• Perform GST portal reconciliation and necessary adjustment entries.
• Assist in monthly and year-end accounts finalization.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role (preferred)
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
• Software Skills
• Proficiency in Tally
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
