Customer Care Assistant

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Associate to be manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization. They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering customers' inquiries via call, chat, and social media. Providing the right information.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer’s feel supported and valued.
• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
• Communicates with other departments to answer customer’s inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs
• Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.

Required Skills \& Competencies

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
• Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution·
• Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
• Work successfully in a team environment· Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explore.
• Familiar with Zoho \& Wati Software.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
