RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and responsibilities

Experience of working in Front office functions of either Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience or Service

A consultant with deep functional knowledge of the above functions, across industries

Knowledge of tools, such as, Medallia, SPM, Workfront, SFMC, DAM/PIM or other platforms to improve the performance of the front office functions

Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning. Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.

Lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and ensure quality of deliverables.

Support practice development initiatives, which includes innovation, knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / professional

qualifications

BE/BTech/MCA/ MBA or Experience in the required field.

Prior Experience

The candidate must have of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.

Experience & Background

Experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work

Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertise.

Manage end-to-end delivery for projects.

Expected Skills

Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently.

Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented.

Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required.
