COOK / CHEF REQUIRED Next Chapter House (NCH) – Mohali, Punjab Position: Cook / Chef Location: Mohali, Punjab Food Requirement: Vegetarian Residents: 20–26 students/residents Job Responsibilities

• Prepare 3 fresh vegetarian meals daily – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
• Plan and prepare simple, hygienic and tasty meals suitable for students/residents.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle basic grocery/vegetable requirements and coordinate with management regarding stock.
• Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Prepare meals according to the weekly/monthly menu decided by management.
• Ensure food is prepared on time as per the daily schedule. What We Provide

• Previous experience as a Cook/Chef, preferably in a hostel, PG, mess, hotel or household kitchen.
• Ability to cook vegetarian North Indian meals.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Experience cooking for 20–30 people will be preferred. Working Schedule
• 3 meals per day
• Full-time residential role
