Multi Technician

Job Title: Multi Technician (Facilities Maintenance) Company : Hanto Location : Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Hanto is hiring a Multi Technician to support day-to-day facility maintenance and technical operations across workspace locations. The role involves handling basic electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workspace. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, reliable, and capable of resolving issues quickly to maintain a safe and well-maintained environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Handle minor repairs including lighting, switches, sockets, taps, and fittings • Support troubleshooting of AC units, power issues, and basic equipment faults • Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance checks • Attend and resolve service requests raised through the internal system • Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or AMC-related work • Ensure proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and maintenance records • Follow safety procedures and report any risks or hazards Experience & Qualifications • 1–4 years of experience in facility maintenance or technician roles • ITI / Diploma / B-Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field preferred • Experience in commercial spaces, offices, hotels, or coworking setups is an advantage Required Skills • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Hands-on problem-solving ability • Ability to respond quickly to breakdowns and service requests • Basic understanding of safety practices • Ability to work independently and in coordination with teams What We Offer • Competitive salary • Stable and structured work environment • Opportunity to work across multiple workspace locations • Growth within facilities and operations team
