Job Responsibilities
- Attend customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain and suggest suitable tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings and related products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Handle sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, dealers and shopkeepers.
- Coordinate with the billing, warehouse and delivery teams.
- Follow up on pending payments and orders when required.
- Maintain proper customer and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure good customer service and professional behaviour in the showroom.
- Handle company phone/SIM and customer calls properly during working hours.
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Kannada and English communication preferred.
