Van FE – Roles & Responsibilities | Delhivery

Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned service area.

Collect shipments from customers/sellers and deliver them safely to the respective destinations.

Perform scanning and updating shipment status accurately through the assigned mobile application.

Ensure proper Cash on Delivery (COD) collection and deposit the collected amount as per company process.

Verify shipment details, address, customer information, and delivery instructions before completing deliveries.

Handle shipments carefully and ensure zero damage, loss, or misrouting.

Maintain regular communication with customers and provide professional service during pickup and delivery.

Follow the assigned route, daily targets, SLA/TAT, and productivity requirements.

Report delivery issues such as customer unavailability, wrong address, shipment mismatch, or failed delivery to the concerned team.

Maintain the vehicle properly and follow all road safety, company SOP, compliance, and discipline requirements.
