Job Responsibilities

Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Review and screen resumes based on client requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers.

Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are welcome.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is an advantage.

Strong sourcing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in US shift timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.

Ability to work from our Tambaram, Chennai office.
