About the Role

We are looking for a high ownership Product Analyst to turn product usage data into decisions for Lystloc's on-field workforce productivity platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to understand how customers use features like attendance, live tracking and reports. You will find where they drop off and help us decide what to build next. This role suits someone who is analytical, curious, and comfortable going from raw data to a clear recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

Track and analyse product usage across web and mobile apps: feature adoption, retention, activation and churn signals

Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly product health reports for leadership

Analyse customer trial-to-paid behaviour and identify what drives conversion

Work with Product Managers to define success metrics before every feature launch and measure impact after release

Run funnel, cohort and segmentation analyses to find friction points and growth opportunities

Convert customer feedback, support tickets and sales call insights into structured, data-backed product recommendations

Support A/B tests and experiments, from design to results

Ensure tracking accuracy by working with Engineering on event instrumentation and data quality

Present insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

0 - 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a B2B SaaS or mobile app product (mandatory)

Solid understanding of product metrics: funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, churn

Ability to turn data into a clear story and a clear recommendation, not just charts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

High ownership, curiosity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Success Metrics

Accuracy and timeliness of reports and dashboards

Quality and business impact of insights delivered

Adoption of recommendations by Product and leadership

Improvement in feature adoption, trial-to-paid conversion and retention

Data and tracking quality across the product
