The trainee will receive hands-on training in preparing engineering drawings and detailed drafting for civil works associated with metro infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build practical experience in civil drafting using AutoCAD.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing civil engineering drawings for metro rail projects.Learn and develop drafting and detailing skills under the guidance of senior engineers and designers.Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.Support the preparation of layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.Maintain drawing revisions and documentation as per project procedures.Coordinate with project engineers and the design team for drafting support.Follow company safety, quality, and documentation standards.QualificationsITI Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil).Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of civil engineering drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Understanding of drafting principles and engineering standards.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Willingness to learn and work in a project environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred SkillsExposure to infrastructure or metro/railway projects is an added advantage.Basic understanding of construction drawings and detailing.Training OpportunitiesHands-on experience in metro project drafting and detailing.Exposure to industry standards and engineering documentation.Mentoring from experienced civil engineers and design professionals.Opportunity to develop technical and professional skills for future career growth.
