Network Engineer (Fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Network Engineer with 0–1 year of experience or a strong academic background in networking. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and network security and be willing to learn and grow in a professional IT environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure and devices.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Assist with the installation and configuration of routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment.

Provide technical support for network-related issues.

Perform basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity problems.

Maintain network documentation, configurations, and technical records.

Assist the senior technical team with network installation and maintenance activities.

Follow network security and IT infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.

Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, and VPN.

Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and network infrastructure.

Knowledge of Cisco networking or CCNA is an advantage.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn new networking technologies and tools.
