About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrician to join the maintenance team at Prajay Princeton Towers. The candidate will be responsible for handling electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems within the property.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day electrical maintenance and repair works within the property.

Attend to electrical complaints and breakdowns promptly.

Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults in wiring, switches, sockets, lighting systems, DBs, MCBs, RCCBs, contactors, relays, etc.

Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and installations.

Monitor and maintain electrical panels, distribution boards and related systems.

Check and maintain common-area lighting, emergency lights and other electrical fixtures.

Attend to electrical requirements of lifts, pumps, motors and other building equipment in coordination with the concerned service agencies.

Carry out minor electrical wiring, replacement of switches, sockets, lights, cables and other components.

Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety measures are maintained.

Regularly inspect electrical installations and identify potential hazards or faults.

Maintain records of electrical maintenance, repairs and replacement of materials.

Coordinate with external electrical contractors and service providers whenever required.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns as required.

Keep the Maintenance Manager informed about major electrical issues, material requirements and recurring faults.

Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area after completing electrical jobs.

Operate Electrical generators, Chillers, pumps etc

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.

Experience in residential complexes, commercial buildings, apartments, hotels or facility management will be preferred.

Good knowledge of electrical wiring, panels, DBs, MCBs, RCCBs, motors, pumps and basic electrical equipment.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical faults independently.

Knowledge of electrical safety practices and precautions.

Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with the maintenance team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Should be responsible, punctual and willing to attend emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.

₹20,000/- per month – Fixed

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on and experienced electrician who can independently handle routine electrical maintenance and breakdowns in a residential/commercial property. Candidates with experience in apartment complexes, high-rise buildings or facility management will be given preference.
