Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Medical Coding Professionals to join our team as Coding Executives / Senior Coding Executives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in medical coding, particularly E/M coding, with a strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate coding for billing and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and billing teams to resolve coding and documentation queries.
• Maintain compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure patient information confidentiality and compliance with applicable HIPAA requirements.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines and industry changes.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in Life Sciences or a relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in medical coding.
• CPC / CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Experience in E/M coding is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with coding software and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Good knowledge of MS Office and typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with strong E/M coding knowledge, accuracy in medical record review, and experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) are encouraged to apply
