Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced OT Nurse to assist in ophthalmic surgical procedures and ensure smooth and safe operation theatre activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the OT for ophthalmic surgeries.
Assist ophthalmic surgeons during procedures.
Prepare and handle surgical instruments and equipment.
Maintain sterilization, hygiene, and infection-control standards.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Maintain OT records and ensure availability of surgical supplies.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other OT staff.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant OT experience, preferably in an eye hospital.
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
Knowledge of OT procedures and infection-control practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
