About this job

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer service, tele calling, or call center.

Any additional regional language will be an added advantage.

Hindi & English communication is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls.

Assist customers with queries and appointments.

Provide information about VIBES services.

Maintain customer records and follow-ups.

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
