Salesforce Metadata & Sybase Migration Specialist

We are looking for a senior Salesforce technical professional with deep expertise in Salesforce metadata and data migration to support a Salesforce-to-Sybase backend migration initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Salesforce metadata and understand how it drives forms, objects, fields, layouts, and data structures.

Extract and interpret Salesforce metadata for migration into the Sybase backend.

Define and validate Salesforce-to-Sybase data and schema mappings.

Support migration strategy, data extraction, transformation, and validation.

Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to identify dependencies, gaps, and migration risks.

Required Skills

7+ years of Salesforce technical experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Metadata API / Salesforce metadata.

Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and metadata-driven configurations.

Experience with data migration, metadata extraction, schema mapping, and backend integrations.

Strong Sybase / SQL knowledge preferred.

Experience working on complex Salesforce migration or integration projects.

Ideal Profile: Salesforce Technical Architect, Salesforce Technical Lead, or Senior Salesforce Developer with strong metadata and migration expertise.
