What You’ll Do

Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support

Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more

Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes

Requirements

Education

Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology

Expertise

CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)

License

Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice

Experience

Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours

Languages

Fluency in English and at least one of the following local languages: Urdu, Odia, or Punjabi

Preferred

EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching

Bonus

Openness to occasional onsite work
