Job Description

ALN FINSERV is looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our financial services, following up with leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company services and offers clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Follow up with interested customers and leads.
• Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the team for customer follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements

• Any Degree qualification.
• Good communication skills in Telugu.
• Basic English/Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
