Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career prospects to prospective students.
• Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records and update inquiry details in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and address their questions professionally.
• Provide accurate information and maintain a positive student experience.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
