National General Manager Commercial & Industrial

We are looking for an experienced National General Manager – C\&I to lead our Commercial \& Industrial solar business across south India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the national C\&I solar business strategy.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, order-book, and profitability targets.
• Develop large-scale Commercial \& Industrial solar projects across India.
• Drive B2B sales and business development through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
• Identify new markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for CAPEX, OPEX, RESCO, PPA, EPC, rooftop and other applicable solar models.
• Manage key accounts and strategic corporate relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, EPC, procurement, finance, legal, and project teams for successful project execution.
• Monitor project economics, margins, collections, and overall profitability.
• Develop strategic partnerships with EPC companies, technology providers, consultants, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, MIS, and management reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 10-15+ years of professional experience, preferably in C\&I Solar / Renewable Energy / Solar EPC / Power.
• Strong track record in B2B solar business development and sales.
• 100% willingness to travel extensively accros south India.

Education \& Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
