We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Hubballi-Dharwad. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote properties through branding and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Support team goals and participate in performance reviews
• Prepare sales reports and collaborate with leadership
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
