Computer Operator cum Sales Assistant

Visalandhra Book House, Vijayawada Branch, is looking for a Computer Operator \& Billing Executive to handle counter sales, billing, and day-to-day computer-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle counter sales and assist customers with book-related queries.
• Prepare sales bills and invoices using the billing system.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain daily sales and billing records.
• Update and maintain book stock details in the system.
• Check stock availability and maintain proper inventory records.
• Process sales returns and cancellations when required.
• Provide good customer service at the counter.
• Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
• Perform general computer and data-entry work as required.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Minimum Intermediate / Graduation.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of MS Office and billing software is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Accuracy in billing and data entry.
• Customer-friendly attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.

Experience

• Experience in billing, counter sales, retail, or computer operations is preferred.
• Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
