Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

Answer and manage telephone calls and guest enquiries.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and room availability.

Handle reservations and update guest records.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, F\&B, and other departments for guest requirements.

Pay
