Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for client requirements.
• Handle leads, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures.
• Understand client requirements and support sales conversion and business development.
• Handle client queries and grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project, Accounts and other teams for smooth client servicing.
• Maintain regular client communication and build long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities for referrals, repeat business and new business.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Client Relationship / Sales, preferably in Civil Construction or Real Estate.
• B.Tech/B.E. Civil preferred, with good knowledge of construction and project activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, confident and well-presented.

On-Site Location

Bhubaneswar, Odisha
