Property Acquisition \& Negotiation

• Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, and brokers.

• Secure properties at favourable terms aligned with budget and strategy.

Financial \& Strategic Analysis

• Prepare feasibility studies, ROI projections, and risk assessments.

• Ensure acquisitions meet profitability and payback period targets.

Stakeholder \& Regulatory Management

• Liaise with local authorities for permits, zoning, and compliance.

• Collaborate with legal and finance teams for due diligence.

Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain networks with landlords, developers, and municipal bodies.

• Represent the company in property-related forums and industry events.

Reporting \& Performance Tracking

• Provide regular updates to senior management on acquisition pipeline.

• Track progress against expansion targets and timelines.
