Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales plans.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, service, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
