Job Title: Billing \& Counter Staff

Location: Hyderabad

Salary \& Benefit

₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for a Billing \& Counter Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer billing, managing counter operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Generate bills and invoices accurately using billing software.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
• Assist customers at the counter and respond to their queries.
• Maintain daily billing and sales records.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
• Support general administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of billing or counter staff experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain records accurately.

Languages Required

English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
