Sales & Marketing Executive

WE ARE HIRING \| MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FEMALE / MALE)

GISS SECURITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Female Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, calls and networking
• Identify and approach potential corporate \& industrial clients
• Promote GISS Security \& Facility Management services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Arrange client meetings and follow up on leads
• Prepare basic quotations/proposals and coordinate with the operations team
• Achieve monthly business development targets
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

Preferred Candidate

• Candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills
• MBA in Marketing will be highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
• Confident in speaking with corporate clients
• Good knowledge of Odia, Hindi \& English
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage

Salary

Salary: Negotiable – Based on experience and capability
