JOB DESCRIPTION

Varun Beverages Ltd. is seeking a motivated Production Executive for its Pathankot manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day production activities, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, maintaining compliance with GMP/GHP and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement to achieve optimal output and product quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and manage daily production activities according to the production plan.

Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Track equipment performance, process parameters, and line efficiency.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and other departments for seamless operations.

Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

Identify and reduce production losses, downtime, waste, and process deviations.

Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, SOPs, safety regulations and company policies.

Support audits and uphold plant standards and procedures.

Promote housekeeping, workplace discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Food Technology or related engineering discipline.

2–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably FMCG or Food & Beverage.

Hands‑on experience with high‑speed production lines.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.

Ability to manage manpower and resources effectively.

Proficient in production monitoring, reporting and MS Office.

Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good understanding of GMP, GHP and SOP compliance.

Excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication abilities.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
