Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business. Update customer records and database. Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
