Order Entry: Receive and log incoming orders via email, phone, WhatsApp, or portals. • Verification: Check item codes, quantities, prices, customer credit limits, and stock availability. • Team Coordination: Work with the warehouse for picking and packing, and the accounts team for billing. • Customer Support: Update clients or dealers on delivery statuses, shipment delays, or stock shortages. • Reporting: Maintain daily logs of processed, pending, and backordered items.
