Chat Associate (or Chat Support Representative) provides real-time, text-based customer service, resolving inquiries, complaints, and technical issues via live chat or messaging platforms. Key responsibilities include handling multiple, simultaneous chats, using CRM tools for documentation, and offering fast, accurate solutions in line with company SOPs to ensure high customer satisfaction
