Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our HR team. The candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR data.
Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR activities.
Coordinate with employees and candidates.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to learn HR processes.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of MS Excel.
Familiarity with AI tools for HR activities.
